　 相模湾 30-50m（Imajima Hartman 1964）, 横浜市野島海岸（海をつくる会 1995）．
　 本州中〜南部 5-30m, 岩礁性海岸（西村 1992）， 東京湾〜沖縄, 地中海, アドリア海（今島 2007）．
　 A. fuscescens の模式産地はトリエステ 3-4m，syntype NHMW 2446， A. izukai および A. setosus は日本（Pleijel 2001）．

　 Amphidromus Hessle 1925 は Amphidromus Albers 1850（軟体動物）のホモニム（Pleijel 2001）．
